Joshua Glagola

Joshua Glagola is an experienced product management professional, currently working in the product department at Common Room since November 2024. Previously, Joshua served as the Director of Product Management at Salesloft from February 2024 to October 2024, where leadership focused on integrating Drift's platform with Salesloft's solutions and expanding the product suite. Joshua also held multiple roles at Drift from March 2020 to February 2024, including Senior Staff Product Manager and Staff Product Manager. Prior to Drift, Joshua managed product development for operational software at Wayfair and led cost estimation engineering products at Aspen Technology, achieving significant savings for clients. Joshua began a career in product management at WR Grace, starting as a Process Engineering Intern and progressing to Product Management Associate. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
