Philippa Bartlett

Philippa Bartlett is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational management. Currently serving as the General Manager of One Commbank at Commonwealth Bank since November 2016, Philippa has also held significant roles at Bank of Queensland, including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the Retail Bank since June 2013, overseeing strategic development and performance management. Previous experience includes the position of General Manager for Corporate and Retail Transformation at Bank of Queensland, where responsibilities spanned strategic execution and customer delivery. Additionally, as Head of Stores at BankWest from September 2009 to June 2013, Philippa managed a national network of branches and led a team of approximately 1,500 individuals. Philippa holds an MBA in Management from the Australian Institute of Business, completed in 2011.
