Josh Wolff

Josh Wolff is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Data Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since January 2023. Previously, Josh held the role of Data Analytics and Open Data Program Manager for the City of Cambridge from July 2015 to January 2023, where Josh established and led the city's data analytics office to enhance decision-making and accountability. Their experience also includes roles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Graduate Research Assistant, where Josh focused on energy technologies, and as an Analyst at Industrial Economics, specializing in environmental policy evaluation. Additional positions include science writing and policy analysis at Eastern Research Group, internships in energy policy and sustainability, and a strong academic foundation with degrees from leading institutions, including a Master's in Technology and Policy from MIT.
