Nikhil Patil

Nikhil Patil is a skilled professional with significant experience in production and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as Team Leader II at CommScope since September 2024, Nikhil is responsible for OWN & RF operations. Previously, Nikhil worked as a Junior Engineer at Siva Group from March 2019 to September 2024, gaining over five years of experience in various production techniques including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement. Nikhil began the career as a Trainee Engineer at MRF in 2017. Nikhil holds a Diploma of Education in Electronics Engineering from Goa University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Global Institute of Management and Engineering Delhi. Educational qualifications also include HSC in Industrial Electronics Technology from G.V.M’S SNJA Higher Secondary School and SSC from G.V.M’S MIBK Secondary School Goa.
