Claude Shacklett

Claude Shacklett is a project manager at Communications Training Analysis Corporation. Claude has also worked as a senior business analyst at Optimos | Acentia from October 2014 to April 2015. In this role, Claude was chosen to spearhead the enhancement of customizable Siebel software components and subsystems. Claude was also responsible for ensuring the complex Enterprise Case Management system satisfies the federal client’s system requirements and exceeds the client’s expectations, while providing perpetual assimilation of the solution within the existing business environment.

Claude has experience facilitating communication between stakeholders, end users, and the technical team. Claude is also experienced in coordinating and gathering functional requirements and exploring design solutions with business users and technical team. Additionally, Claude has experience guiding the delivery of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Feature & Enhancement (F&E) releases via an iterative sprint cycle. Claude is also experienced in documenting project specific artifacts to include requirements traceability matrix, fit-gap analysis, functional requirements, and use cases. Furthermore, Claude can facilitate and perform overall testing of the application modules including system, integration, and performance testing. Lastly, they act as liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Claude Shacklett has a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix, and is certified by the CMMI Institute as a CMMI Associate, by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster, and by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
