Matt Dirks

Matt Dirks serves as the Chief Innovation Officer at Communitas Supportive Care Society since December 2018, focusing on enhancing innovative capabilities, service development, and community partnerships. Previous roles include Program Director at Communitas Supportive Care Society, where responsibilities involved overseeing program operations and quality improvement initiatives, and Social Enterprise Manager, managing vocational training programs for individuals facing employment barriers. Additionally, Matt has experience as a Front Line Support Worker at Archway Community Services, promoting inclusion for youth with developmental exceptionalities, and as an Arts Peer Mentor at the University of the Fraser Valley. Matt holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Administration from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Development Studies from the University of the Fraser Valley. Matt also delivered a TEDx talk titled "The Business of Inclusion," advocating for inclusive hiring practices.
