David Hughen

David Hughen, MSOD, PCC serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Coach, and Strategic HR Advisor at AustinWorkNet, which David relaunched following the acquisition of their previous company, Austin HR. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, David co-founded The Leadership Trap to address leadership challenges and is actively involved with Communities In Schools-Central Texas and Austin's HR Round Table, enhancing support for local educational and human resources initiatives. Previous roles include Principal at Austin HR, where a comprehensive suite of HR solutions was offered before the successful sale to Asure Software, as well as leadership positions at ClearCommerce, Exterprise, and Applied Materials. David holds a Master's of Science in Human Resources and Organization Development and has completed an Executive Coaching Certification at Columbia University.
