Monica Santana

Monica Santana currently serves as the Division Manager of Operations & Compliance at the Community Action Partnership of Riverside County, a position held since November 2016, where responsibilities include managing operations of federal grant programs aimed at alleviating poverty and overseeing utility assistance to over 13,000 households. Prior roles include Senior Community Program Specialist and Community Programs Specialist II at the County of San Diego Registrar of Voters, and Spanish/Latino Voter Outreach Assistant at Bayside Community Center. Monica's experience also encompasses leadership positions such as Employment Development Coordinator and Director of Education, along with community advocacy and partnership roles at the US Census Bureau and the Latin American Youth Center. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies with a minor in Education from the University of California, Berkeley.
