Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster County is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the organization. They oversee key areas including education and child development, economic empowerment, health and nutrition, and financial management. The team works collaboratively to implement policies, allocate resources, and advocate for initiatives that drive the mission of eliminating poverty and fostering long-term self-sufficiency for low-income families in Lancaster County.
