Quan Zhou

Quan (Kate) ZHOU is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and academia, currently serving as a Senior Research Specialist at the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) after previously holding the position of Research Specialist. Quan has also contributed to higher education as a part-time lecturer in a Master's programme at Nanyang Technological University, where a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Communication and Information Studies was obtained. Previous roles include Associate Product Manager at AdMaster Inc., Graduate Student Researcher at Beijing Jiaotong University, and Product Intern at NetEase.
