Crystal Siclait

Crystal Siclait serves as the Operations Coordinator at the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta since January 2019, focusing on finance and operations with an emphasis on capacity support. Prior to this role, Crystal was an Executive Assistant at Access from January 2016 to August 2018, where responsibilities included handling customer service inquiries, assisting Human Resources with staff screenings, and managing departmental records. Crystal's earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Concierge at Marriott Hotels from June 2008 to August 2015, where duties involved managing guest services and maintaining confidentiality. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Human Resources and Operations Management from Clayton State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Capella University, and an Associate of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Atlanta Metropolitan College.
