Patricia L. Douglas

Patricia Douglas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance. Currently serving as a member of the Cultural Assets Commission for Hillsborough County since May 2022, Douglas is also the CEO and Founder of Patricia Douglas Consulting, a role initiated in January 2020. Additional leadership positions include President of the Board of Directors at Academy Prep Centers for Education and Trustee at the Tampa Museum of Art. Douglas contributes to the development efforts at WEDU PBS as Development Chair, and holds a significant role in governance as a member of the Board of Trustees and Head of the Governance Committee at Quantum Leap Farm. With a longstanding commitment to community service, Douglas is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, where leadership roles have included Chairman and Vice Chair. Education credentials include a JD from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and executive education from Harvard Business School. Prior professional experience includes a partnership at Bush Ross, P.A. from 1987 to 2003.
