Robert Goen

Robert Goen, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, consulting, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Volunteer Member/ Contributor for the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, Robert contributes to the foundation's philanthropic mission. As a Human Capital Consultant at HR Consulting Resources, Robert specializes in various aspects of human resources including talent management, employee relations, and project leadership. Prior to these roles, Robert held significant positions at Express Scripts, Inc. as Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations for numerous facilities and employees nationwide. Robert's earlier experience includes managing HR initiatives within GE and serving as the Director of Human Resources for Bowater Home Center, Inc., a high-growth start-up. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Education Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's degree from American University.
