Jaime-Lee A Bradshaw

Jaime-Lee A Bradshaw is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community services and program management. Currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Community Services at Community Partners of South Florida since July 2009, Jaime-Lee oversees impactful initiatives such as BRIDGES, Teen Outreach Program, and various mentoring and health programs aimed at supporting children and families in Palm Beach County. Previously, Jaime-Lee directed the Bridges at Highland program, focusing on parent education in a federally recognized Community School. Additionally, Jaime-Lee coordinates the NeighborWorks Florida Collaborative, fostering sustainable homeownership and affordable housing across the state. Prior roles include Bridges Beacon Director at Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County and After-School Director at Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, highlighting a commitment to aiding families in need. Jaime-Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of North Florida.
