Isil Alexander

Isil Alexander serves as the Associate Director of Processing at the Community Sponsorship Hub since September 2023, previously held the position of Community Sponsorship Lead at Episcopal Migration Ministries from November 2021 to September 2023. A diverse career in participant support and migration services includes roles such as Participant Support Manager and Senior Participant Support Specialist at AFS Intercultural Programs USA from April 2013 to June 2020, along with experience as a Case Aide for the International Rescue Committee and an intern at UN Women. Additional experience includes positions as Cultural Orientation Coordinator at the International Catholic Migration Commission, Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist at SUCSR, and Consultant at UNDP Türkiye. Isil Alexander holds a Bachelor’s Degree in French and International Relations from Galatasaray Üniversitesi and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from Baruch College.
