Service Coordination and Employment

The Service Coordination and Employment team at Community Support Services assists individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence by facilitating access to essential support services and employment opportunities. Service Coordinators develop personalized plans and connect participants with resources, while Employment Specialists focus on job placement, training, and ongoing support to help clients integrate into the workforce and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
