Community and Support Services

The Community and Support Services team at Community Works is dedicated to providing holistic support to high-need youth, families, and individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence. They offer case management, crisis intervention, mental health and addiction treatment, violence prevention, advocacy, and transitional living services. The team collaborates closely to ensure comprehensive care, aiming to stabilize and empower clients towards greater self-sufficiency and well-being.
