Stephen Cote

Stephen Cote is an experienced technology leader with a comprehensive background in enterprise applications and identity management systems. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at CommunityCare since November 2021, Stephen previously held senior management roles in private banking, where responsibilities included managing teams focused on the development and delivery of identity and access management systems. Stephen's technical expertise is further demonstrated through roles as an Architect and Technical Manager, where integration of identity management systems and legacy applications was a focus. Notable past positions include Software Development Manager at Visa, where strategic initiatives in security infrastructure and fraud analytics were driven, and various software development roles at companies like Microsoft and Tonic Software. Stephen holds a BA in English Literature from Washington State University.
