Ernesto Vilchis

Ernesto Vilchis is a seasoned professional in community development, real estate consulting, and economic policy, currently serving as a Community Real Estate Consultant at Community Vision CA since March 2019. With a robust background as Founder and COO of Vilchis Deucher Next Gen Incubator, Ernesto launched an innovative incubator program after extensive market testing. Previous experience includes roles as an Economics & Finance Consultant, Senior Associate at Keyser Marston Associates, and Associate at Economics Research Associates, where expertise in project planning, financial feasibility, and urban planning was developed. Notable project management experience in affordable housing took place at Citizens Housing Corporation, and Ernesto’s analytical skills were honed as a Research Associate at the Public Policy Institute of California. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Urban Planning from Princeton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
