Jordan Xu

Jordan Xu has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Critical Situations Manager and Subject Matter Expert at Commvault since May 2011. In this role, Jordan addresses critical situations and mentors engineers on advanced technologies such as deduplication, ransomware, and cloud storage. Previous positions at Commvault include Customer Support Team Supervisor and various engineering roles within the Technical Support division. Prior experience includes a Senior Network Engineer/System Administrator position at Visinet Computer Networking and an R&D Assistant role at IBM. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UNSW and completed secondary education at Girraween High School.
