Malte Bernholz

Malte Bernholz serves as the VP and Head of Corporate Strategy at Adobe since January 2016, where the Corporate Strategy team collaborates with top executives and business units to drive growth and strategic decisions, including the company's transition to cloud services. Additionally, Malte has been a SaaS Advisory Board Member at Commvault since May 2021. Previous roles include VP of Corporate Consulting at EMC, where significant strategic initiatives were launched, and President & COO at IVIZE, which expanded the company into a leading eDiscovery provider. Malte co-founded Mt. Auburn Partners, a private equity firm, and has held strategic positions at McKinsey & Company, Accenture, HP, Schlumberger, and the Japan Atomic Energy Agency. Malte holds a Graduate Certificate in Management of Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Grenoble INP - UGA.
