Karen Deschambeaux

Karen Deschambeaux is a seasoned professional in the fashion industry with a focus on garment technology and menswear design. Currently serving as a garment technologist at Compagnie Mauricienne de Textile since September 2018, Karen has also held positions as a menswear designer and fashion and textile designer at Beachwear Exports from 2013 to 2014, and as a styliste modeliste at Filere Ltd between 2012 and 2013. A brief tenure as a trainee leather modelist at Hemisphere Sud in July and August 2012 complements Karen's diverse experience. Educational qualifications include a degree in Fashion and Textile Design from the University of Mauritius, obtained from 2009 to 2013, following earlier studies at Loreto College Quatre Bornes from 2001 to 2007.
