Dimosthenis Lygouras

Dimosthenis Lygouras is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently serving at the Association for Regional Development and Mental Health (EPAPSY) since January 2024 and as an Academic Fellow at the University of Western Macedonia since March 2023. Lygouras has held the role of Programme Leader for the BSc in Occupational Therapy at Μητροπολιτικό Κολλέγιο since September 2021, in addition to previous positions as an Occupational Therapist at Syn-ergasia therapeutic intervention and Animus Rehabilitation Center. Lygouras has also contributed to the academic field through lecturer roles and scientific collaboration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Immersive Technologies from the International Hellenic University and a Master of Science in Clinical Ergospirometry from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, along with a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Currently, Lygouras is pursuing a PhD at Democritus University of Thrace.
