Haifa Khalifa

Haifa Khalifa currently holds the position of Head of Internal Audit at The Department of Municipalities and Transport, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, Haifa served as Risk Management (Seconded) at Abu Dhabi Waste Management Center - Tadweer from August 2020 to February 2024, and as Advisor and Acting Head of Internal Audit at the Department of Municipalities & Transport from November 2019 to February 2024. Additionally, Haifa has extensive experience in internal audit, having worked as Head of Internal Audit (Seconded) at ZonesCorp and the Department of Urban Planning & Municipalities. Prior roles include Head of Internal Audit at Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council and various positions at ADNOC Group and First Gulf Bank. Haifa Khalifa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Applied Science and a Higher Diploma in Business Information Technology from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
