María José Munchmeyer

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana leads an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an assistant to the compliance officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, and as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed to academia as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
