Jesse Brott, LUTCF, currently serves as the Sales Director at Comparion Insurance Agency since May 2022, where responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top sales talent in Washington and Alaska. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Liberty Mutual Insurance from October 2003 to June 2022, holding titles such as Sales Director and Branch Manager, overseeing growth, retention, and customer satisfaction at the Spokane, WA office, as well as managing sales and service personnel. Jesse also started as a Sales Representative, achieving Liberty Leaders status in the first two years. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and graduated from Lincoln High School.
