Previously, Jeffrey held roles including Vice President for Southeast Asia at Shopmatic, General Manager of Digital Business at Telekom Malaysia, and Head of Digital Business at Astro. Jeffrey’s expertise spans various functions including digital channel management, strategic development, and commercial operations, gained through leadership positions at notable companies such as AirAsia, Digi Telecommunications, and ESPN STAR Sports. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from La Trobe University and has a strong foundation in international business development from earlier roles.
