Corey Riley

Corey Riley, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Board Member at Compass Charter Schools and as a Global People Leader at Autodesk, where responsibilities include shaping enterprise systems and experiences. Previously, Corey held the position of Global Head of HR at Procore Technologies, where significant achievements included creating a company-wide career mapping framework, developing a compensation philosophy for competitive retention, and facilitating successful mergers and acquisitions. Corey's extensive experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Esri and Technicolor, an HR Coordinator role at The Walt Disney Company, and various positions focused on recruitment and employee management at the City of Provo and Idaho State Tax Commission. Corey holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on HR Management from Brigham Young University.
