Jonathan Schildkraut

Jonathan Schildkraut currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets & Investor Relations at Compass Datacenters since March 2022, while also holding the position of Chief Financial Officer for Quantum, where responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, reporting, and capital allocation. As a founder of kroftsWorld holdings, Jonathan advises and invests in start-ups and pre-IPO companies within the communications infrastructure and technology sectors. Additionally, as a member of the Board of Advisors for IX Acquisition Corp., Jonathan aids in evaluating investment opportunities for a SPAC focused on communications infrastructure. Previously, Jonathan held senior executive roles at CyrusOne, Guggenheim Securities, Evercore ISI, Jefferies & Company, Cowen and Company, WinStar, and Salomon Brothers, accumulating extensive experience in strategy and telecom services equity research. Jonathan’s educational background includes a JD and MBA from New York University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
