Bas van Diepen

Bas van Diepen currently holds the position of HSEQ Lead at Compass Group Nederland since July 2023, focusing on health, safety, environment, and quality processes. Previous roles include Head of Health Safety & Quality Assurance and Sr. Manager Food Safety & Quality Management BeNeLux at Gorillas from August 2021 to July 2023, and Teamleader Audits & Quality at Sensz from June 2015 to August 2021, where expertise in EU legislation, ISO certifications, and food safety consultancy was demonstrated. Bas has extensive experience in facility management, including strategic roles at Fujitsu Technology Solutions and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., managing teams and overseeing significant operational responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a degree in Commerciele Elektrotechniek from Deltion College, earned between 1996 and 1999.
