Christian Paradisi is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile hotel and restaurant operations. Currently serving as the Area Culinary Director for Northern Europe and the Baltics at Radisson Hotel Group since August 2022, Christian has held various executive culinary positions within the Radisson brand since November 2017, including roles as Executive Head Chef at Radissonblu Royal and Executive Chef at Radisson Collection. Previous experience encompasses leadership as Head Chef at Restaurant Umami and positions at KKL Luzern, Grand Hotel National, Sheraton on the Park, The Park Lane, The Savoy, and Park Hotel Kurhaus. Christian Paradisi holds a professional qualification in gastronomy from a hotel and gastro formation program completed in 2002.
