Joshua Ervin

Joshua Ervin is an experienced System Engineer with a strong background in managing and supporting diverse IT environments. At CompassMSP since September 2018, Joshua oversees over 6,000 endpoints, dedicating 60% of time to field projects that include workstation, switch, and firewall deployments, as well as data recovery using Barracuda and Datto. Previously, from March 2016 to September 2018 at Integrity Consulting Group, Joshua managed over 60 client environments, handling firewall and server maintenance, and deploying line of business applications. Earlier experience includes serving as a System Administrator and Help Desk Technician at Neighborhood Choice Financial Services from February 2013 to March 2016, where Joshua supported network and hardware systems across multiple locations and managed VMware servers at the data center.
