Darrell Brockman

Darrell Brockman currently serves as a Sous Chef at Compass Group USA since September 2023, bringing extensive culinary expertise from previous roles including Sous Chef at the St. Louis Science Center from June 2016 to September 2023, and various positions at Levy Restaurants from August 2008 to September 2023, where responsibilities included Culinary Supervisor and Lead Concessions Supervisor. Darrell also held the position of Lead Culinary Supervisor at Cardinals Nation from February 2022 to November 2022 and served as Club Supervisor at Delaware North from August 2014 to December 2015. With a strong background in managing concession stand operations and catering services, Darrell has consistently focused on timely food preparation and customer satisfaction.
