Kareemah Ishmael is an experienced professional in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Compass Group USA since November 2016, after holding various key roles including Director of Dining Services and New York City Market Lead for Conference and Catering Services. With a strong background in managing operations, providing quality control, and overseeing staff training and development, Kareemah has successfully enhanced dining experiences for residents and guests alike.
