Marc Oppen

Marc Oppen has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Eurest at Compass Group USA since January 2018. In addition to this role, Marc co-chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Action Council and is a council member. Previously, Marc held various managerial positions, including General Manager at STARR Restaurants and Director of Operations at Rockhill Restaurant. With a strong track record in opening and managing high-volume operations, Marc directed the launch of the first Ocean Prime in the Northeast, overseeing a $5+ million operation. Marc's career also includes significant roles at Bonefish Grill as Managing Partner and at Maggiano's Little Italy, among others. Educational background includes a degree from Arizona State University.
