Courtney Smith

Courtney Smith is a seasoned professional in the real estate and media industries, currently serving as a Member at Chief since September 2022. Courtney holds the position of Executive Board Vice President at Woodcraft Rangers while also being an Executive Board Member. As the Head of Teams Division and Team Leader + Realtor at Compass since May 2016, Courtney has demonstrated leadership in real estate. Founding The Kitchen Real Estate, Inc. in January 2020 as the CEO, Courtney focuses on empowering others through tailored assessments of staffing, operations, marketing, and finances. Prior roles include Co-Founder + CEO of Courtney + Kurt, Inc., Team Leader + Realtor at Nourmand & Associates, and positions in production and development at Pictures in a Row, Copper Media, and Paramount Classics. Courtney graduated from the University of Southern California in 2000 with a BA in Film Production and French.
