Darya Pollack

Darya Pollack is a Senior Director and Senior Associate General Counsel at Compass, overseeing customer and commercial contracting, business affairs, and legal functions for its New Business organization, comprising seven subsidiaries in the real estate sector. With a robust background in legal operations, Darya has implemented scalability processes and drafted various commercial contracts throughout multiple roles, including Senior Counsel and Counsel at Compass. Darya is also a Charter Member of TechGC, supporting Deputy General Counsels in sharing knowledge and best practices. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Schwartz Sladkus Reich Greenberg Atlas LLP and Itkowitz PLLC, along with internships at Sony Corporation of America and Oved & Oved LLP. Darya holds a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
