Margaret Wang

Margaret Wang is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the New York City residential market. Currently serving as a Licensed Associate Broker at Compass since January 2023, Margaret specializes in condominiums, cooperatives, and townhomes, achieving over $25 million in sales. Prior to this, Margaret was a top sales producer at APT212 Realty Group from July 2014 to February 2023, executing over 150 transactions annually and mentoring new agents, significantly contributing to a sales team that consistently exceeded ambitious sales goals.
