Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, specializing in an online store that offers organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. With a diverse professional background, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also practiced as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and taught university-level courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
