Tom Gawlik

Tom Gawlik is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in financial planning and analysis, business development, and sales operations. Currently serving as the Director of FP&A at Compass since October 2020, Tom previously held the position of Senior FP&A Manager. Prior experience includes roles at OrangeQC as Business Development Lead, where responsibilities encompassed lead prospecting, CRM management, and custom agreement proposals for large clients. Tom's experience also includes serving as Finance Manager at Les Mills US, Senior Financial Analyst at Freeosk, and Financial Analyst at Transilwrap Company, alongside a foundation in accounting from positions at Tripp Lite and Plante Moran. Tom holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
