Kord Brashear

Kord Brashear is a seasoned innovation strategy consultant currently serving as Principal Innovation Strategy Consultant at Compeer Financial since November 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at UnitedHealthcare from May 2016 to April 2023 as Senior Director of Innovation within the UHC Growth Office and as Director of the Human-Centered Design Studio, where efforts focused on developing strategic growth roadmaps and enhancing customer experience through design thinking methodologies. Prior to UnitedHealthcare, Kord spent a decade at EPAM Continuum, starting as Senior Brand Strategist and eventually becoming Principal, leading multidisciplinary teams in creating successful customer experiences. Kord's career also includes roles at Catapult Thinking, where brand strategy and design research were emphasized. Kord holds a B.A. in Studio Art from St. Olaf College and an M.Des in Human-Centered Product Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
