Grant Spradlin

Grant Spradlin is an experienced leader in product management and customer engagement, currently serving as Vice President of Product at Composable, a platform for developing generative AI applications. With a strong background in investment advisory as a Partner at First Light Investment Advisors, Grant has also held senior roles including Vice President of Client Engagement at iSoftStone and Global Head of Customer Success & Support at Nuxeo. Previous experience includes advising executives on strategy and operations, and architecting healthcare solutions related to the Affordable Care Act at Exeter Group. Grant's career encompasses extensive consulting in cloud CRM and IT architecture, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
