Douglas Erb Jr.

Douglas Erb Jr. is currently serving as Operations Manager at Composed Compensation LLC, where efforts are focused on improving internal and external processes that benefit sales and delivery teams. Previously, Douglas worked as an Analyst at Clearsulting, concentrating on the financial close process and automating processes, and as a Solutions Architect at Lanshore LLC, implementing automated systems for clients, including CaptivateIQ. Douglas also gained experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, working within a development team to learn and implement systems, and as an Internal Auditor at Cincinnati Bell, where business processes and auditing standards were rigorously maintained. Douglas holds a Master of Science in Analytical Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
