Francisco Navarrete

Francisco Navarrete is an experienced project management professional with a diverse background in IT and system analysis. Currently, Francisco has been with Computacenter since January 2017, where roles have included Project Manager, Project Consultant, Team Lead, and Incident Coordinator, focusing on team development and the human aspects of IT. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior System Analyst at CompuCom from September 2014 to September 2016, with responsibilities in quality assurance, metric analysis, SOP development, coaching, and reporting. Francisco began a career in customer service at TeleTech in early 2014. Academic credentials were obtained from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
