Jacqueline Sonnabend

Jacqueline Sonnabend is an experienced professional in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as a Human Resources and L&D Business Partner at Computacenter US since June 2022. In addition, Jacqueline has been a consultant for citizenM hotels since January 2019, specializing in leadership development, management, communication skills, and executive coaching. Previously, Jacqueline held the position of Director of Learning and Development and Human Resources for Ignite in the United States from October 2015 to December 2018, and worked as an adjunct professor at Boston University School of Hospitality and Lasell College from 2007 to 2018. Jacqueline also served as Senior Director of Organizational and Talent Development at Sonesta Hotels from February 2012 to September 2015, and as Executive Vice President and Senior Quality Officer at Sonesta International Hotels from 1996 to February 2012. With extensive consulting experience beginning in 1994 at Ignite, Jacqueline holds a Bachelor's Degree from Brandeis University, a Master's Degree from Columbia University, and an M.B.A. from New York University.
