Kjersti Tyrholm

Kjersti Tyrholm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR consulting since January 2011 at Computas AS, where Kjersti serves as a Senior HR Consultant, focusing on improvement and change initiatives. Kjersti's expertise encompasses project management, organizational development, performance management, HR strategy, recruitment, change processes, labor law, and various HR processes. Additionally, Kjersti contributed to pro bono projects at Prospera from 2015 to June 2021, enhancing recruitment and organizational development for non-profit organizations. Kjersti's early career includes working as a milieu therapist in psychiatry at Sykehuset Asker og Bærum HF from 2005 to 2007. Kjersti holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and has studied at several prestigious institutions, including the University of Bergen, Oslo and Akershus University College, and Aalborg University, where Kjersti earned a degree as a Socialrådgiver.
