Tommy Tompkins

Tommy Tompkins is an accomplished Executive Account Manager at CAI since February 2007, specializing in managed service provider and IT staff augmentation. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruiting Manager and Consultant at EDS from April 1986 to February 2007, where Tommy designed and implemented external recruiting processes and recruitment outsourcing procedures. Earlier in the career, Tommy worked as a Senior Recruiter at US Telephone, focusing on recruiting for technical, accounting, finance, and sales positions, and held the position of Field Service Manager at Recognition Equipment, delivering high-speed optical recognition solutions to banks and credit card processors. Tommy is an alumnus of Arkansas College of Technology.
