Robert Taylor

Robert Taylor currently serves as Technical Consulting Director at Computer Modelling Group Ltd. since October 2022, where responsibilities include optimizing hydraulic fracturing treatments through advanced modelling techniques. Previously, Taylor held the position of Manager of Canadian P.E. Technology and Reservoir Studies Team at Halliburton from 2003 to 2019, providing expert recommendations on stimulation and completion strategies utilizing Gohfer and CMG software. Earlier roles at Halliburton included Canadian Laboratory Manager, where a strong technical team was developed for fluid testing, and Research and Development Scientist, focusing on fluid systems for fracturing and acidizing. Taylor holds a degree in Professional Chemistry from the University of Calgary.
