Jodi Wallach Warnke

Jodi Wallach Warnke is an accomplished talent acquisition and management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent at CSI since September 2024, Warnke previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and Interim Head of DEI, Analytics, Engagement, and Talent Management at Sun Life from September 2020 to August 2024. Prior to that, Warnke was Vice President of Executive Recruiting & Investments Talent Acquisition and other roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance from February 2010 to March 2020. Early career experience includes serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Hartford from June 2001 to February 2010. Warnke holds a Master of Science in Organizational Communication from Central Connecticut State University and has also studied at the University of Saint Joseph.
