Calaya Corneli is a Mechanical Engineering student at Queen's University, with a robust background in project management and technical roles. Currently serving as a Project Services Intern at Comtech Group, Calaya previously contributed as a Summer Student, where a comprehensive project controls proficiency assessment was designed and implemented for over 200 resources. Calaya's experience includes leadership roles, such as co-leading orientation events for engineering students and serving as Team Lead for a lunar rover project at the Canadian Space Agency. Additionally, Calaya has gained insight into aerospace through collaboration with industry professionals during internships at InvestIN and Texas A&M University, alongside extensive involvement in sound technology management at The York School.
